Orders typically take up to 3 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 7 days.

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from. Transit Times to United States: 5 - 20 Business days Transit times to International: 10 - 45 Business days Average transit times are received in 3 weeks. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends time to source for quality yet affordable products. While we are unable to provide tracking for your products, our company insured fully on the packages and any missing items will be reshipped free of charge to you.

We do our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive. Sometimes, due to our company have several warehouses and your purchased products are from those several different warehouses. So we have to divide your order into several packages. But we think it's not a big problem and believe you can receive them soon.
